He is admitted to practice law in all the state courts of California, as well as in the United States District Court, Central District of California. Todd is a former President of the South Orange County Bar Association.

Todd lives and works in San Clemente, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Linda Stroupe has many years of experience working as a legal assistant and paralegal, and the last twenty years specializing in Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Probate, Corporate, Contracts and Real Estate. Linda works closely with clients and assists attorneys in the preparation of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney for health care and property management as well as funding of trusts, utilizing working knowledge of the formation and estate-planning procedures as well as procedures for transferring and distributing trust and probate estates. While working as a legal assistant and paralegal, Linda has continued her education by taking continuing education courses and is presently a California Notary Public.
