Todd earned his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. He is admitted to practice law in all the state courts of California, as well as in the United States District Court, Central District of California. Todd is a former President of the South Orange County Bar Association.

His practice areas include estate planning and trust administration, family law, criminal defense and personal injury.

Todd lives and works in San Clemente, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Linda Ledford Paralegal

As a practicing and experienced paralegal for over 20 years, Linda Ledford has maintained a close involvement and legal familiarity with each of the firm’s cases. Ms. Ledford’s dedication to the client, coupled with her extensive knowledge of civil, probate and family law procedure, have brought the firm success in legal matters in both federal and state courtrooms. With all aspects of a legal case, from inception to resolution, she works diligently at earning favorable results for the firm’s clients.

Linda has an associate’s degree as a paralegal, is a notary public and a licensed California real estate salesperson.

Linda M. Stroupe Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal

Linda Stroupe has many years of experience working as a legal assistant and paralegal, and the last twenty years specializing in Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Probate, Corporate, Contracts and Real Estate. Linda works closely with clients and assists attorneys in the preparation of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney for health care and property management as well as funding of trusts, utilizing working knowledge of the formation and estate-planning procedures as well as procedures for transferring and distributing trust and probate estates. While working as a legal assistant and paralegal, Linda has continued her education by taking continuing education courses and is presently a California Notary Public.
